Item Retrieval

Items won or purchased in the 2020 STAR Online Auction will be available for pick up at Archbishop Murphy High School as soon as it is deemed safe to do so as recommended by the State of Washington. All winners will be notified regarding item retrieval by the staff. Archbishop Murphy High School will adhere to the policies regarding health, safety and security of all parties involved 

Auction receipts including all items purchased through the Online Auction, cash, and contributions to tuition assistance will be mailed to you at a later date. 

All sales are final! There are no exchanges or refunds; however, Archbishop Murphy High School will make every attempt to work with or accommodate the winning bidders if health restrictions and social distancing remain in effect at the time of the experiences or travels purchased through the online auction.

Restrictions & Expirations

Please pay close attention to all conditions, restrictions and expiration dates on items and services. 

Exceptions noted by donor: Items purchased such as services, tickets and certificates are subject to mutually agreed upon dates and times and must be used within one year of the auction date unless otherwise specified by the donor in the restrictions area of the item description. AMHS has attempted to catalog and describe the items correctly, but all items are sold “as is.” No statement in the online catalog or elsewhere shall be deemed such a warranty, representation or assumption of liability for tax purposes or for general value. 

Archbishop Murphy High School assumes no responsibility for travel arrangements. No refunds will be made for unused or cancelled tickets or accommodations. Archbishop Murphy High School will make every attempt to work with or accommodate the winning bidders if health restrictions and social distancing remain in effect at the time of the experiences or travels purchased through the online auction. 

PAYMENTS, WARRANTIES & REPRESENTATIONS (ONLINE TERMS & CONDITIONS) By registering to bid in the 2020 STAR Online Auction on, May 15 – 18th, you agree to pay by credit card the total amount of your winning bid(s) immediately upon the online auction closing at 8pm on May 18, 2020.
